Billmonitor combines proprietary software with its dedicated team to find the mobile plan that works best for consumers, businesses, and public sector organisations, saving them money and time. Over 50% of Billmonitor’s work is within the third sector, supporting a range of social enterprises and charities, including Barts Cancer Institute, Central Surrey Health, and the City & Guilds Institute. Billmonitor also facilitates better decision making through improved cost monitoring and reporting.
Billmonitor’s online consumer service regularly features on ITV’s The Martin Lewis Money Show Live, is recommended by MoneySavingExport and over 10 years accredited by Ofcom, the UK mobile phone regulator.
The company actively works to support initiatives aimed at promoting fairer treatment of consumers, particularly vulnerable users. Through this, Billmonitor has provided analytical support for publications by the Citizens Advice Bureau and is in regular contact with Ofcom.
Of the company’s relationship with Value Match, Billmonitor Managing Director Klaus Henke says:
“We at Billmonitor believe that all organisations have a social responsibility towards their employees, clients, community and environment. We feel that our Values are truly aligned with those of the Value Match Foundation, which we are delighted to be supporting.”
While it is an ongoing process of reflection, the team has worked together to identify four initial Values that we feel are most relevant to us as individuals and to Billmonitor:
We are still at the beginning of our Value journey
We are always keen to explore how our Values compare to those within other organisations, and how we can help each other to deliver on them. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to know more about our approach and thinking.
